We wish to inform the Exchange that Malaysia & Nippon Insurans Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PacificMas Berhad, has changed its status from a public limited company to a private limited company on 27 October 2004 and thereafter changed its name to PacificMas Capital Sdn Bhd on 5 November 2004.
