Remarks:

(1) Certain comparatives for financial year 2005 have been restated as disclosed in Notes A1 and B13 of the explanatory notes.

(2) Final dividend in respect of financial year 2005 of 12 sen per share less 28% taxation and 3 sen per share tax exempt was approved at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 14 June 2006 and paid on 5 July 2006. A tax exempt dividend of 15 sen per share in respect of financial year 2004 was paid on 15 July 2005.
