| We refer to the Company's announcement on 11 December 2006 in relation to the declaration of an interim dividend of RM1.50 gross per share less tax ("Special Dividend") to eligible shareholders. The Company wishes to inform Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that on 24 January 2007, the Company has received the approval of the Securities Commission via its letter dated 22 January 2007, to utilise part of the excess cash balance from the disposal of the banking business in 2001 for payment of the Special Dividend. |
