Remarks:
(a)
The difference in net assets per share (item 7 above) was mainly due to the payment of special interim and final dividends of RM187.24 million and RM20.34 million respectively in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2006 as disclosed in Note A6 of the explanatory notes.
(b)
In respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2007, a final dividend of 15 sen per share less 26% taxation will be recommended to shareholders for approval at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
