Remarks:
On 26 August 2008 , the Company proposed a special interim dividend ("Proposed Special Interim Dividend") of RM1.35 per share less 26% taxation on 170,993,500 ordinary shares subject to the approval of the Securities Commission to utilise the remaining balance from the disposal of its banking business in the year 2001 for payment of the Proposed Special Interim Dividend.
