We refer to our announcements dated 16 July 2008 and 16 September 2008 which stated, amongst others that :-

	i)	On 15 July 2008, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had granted an extension of time until 25 September 2008 for PacificMas to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread; and
	ii)	On 15 September 2008, Bursa Securities had rejected the Company’s proposed rectification plan involving substantial shareholders.

In connection thereto, PacificMas wishes to announce that on 23 September 2008, PacificMas submitted an application to Bursa Securities to allow PacificMas a further extension of time of six (6) months from 26 September 2008 until 25 March 2009 to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread.

This announcement is dated 25 September 2008.
