| PacificMas wishes to inform the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that on 30 September 2008, PacificMas was informed in writing by Aureos Capital Limited that Bank Negara Malaysia has no objection in principle for it to commence preliminary negotiations with PacificMas to acquire all the issued and paid-up share capital of The Pacific Insurance Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PacificMas. |
