| Further to the announcement dated 4 November 2008 on the preliminary negotiations with the interested bidders on the proposed disposal of the entire issued and paid-up capital of The Pacific Insurance Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PacificMas, the Company wishes to inform that it has decided to cease all negotiations with ACE Group of Companies including ACE Synergy Insurance Berhad. |
