PacificMas wishes to announce that on 10 June 2009, Pac Lease Sdn Bhd (“Pac Lease”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PacificMas, has accepted an additional revolving credit facility (“RCF”) of RM20 million from EON Bank Berhad for its working capital requirement.
The RCF is secured by a corporate guarantee of RM20 million by PacificMas.
The principal business activities of Pac Lease are leasing, hire purchase and other related financial services.
