Pursuant to Paragraph 9.20 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements ("Main LR"), we wish to inform Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that the aggregate sales consideration of quoted securities by PacificMas Group [excluding transactions by the insurance subsidiary pursuant to Paragraph 9.20(2)(b) of the Main LR] within the preceding 12 months, i.e. from 14 August 2008 to 13 August 2009, has exceeded 5% of PacificMas Group's audited net assets as at 31 December 2008.

The details of the aggregate sales consideration by PacificMas Group (excluding the insurance subsidiary) within the preceding 12 months are as per Table A below.

As at 13 August 2009, the investments in quoted securities held by PacificMas Group (excluding the insurance subsidiary) are set out below :-

i) Total cost : RM1,005,319

ii) Book Value : RM1,039,250

iii) Market Value : RM1,039,250

Total net profit from the sales of quoted securities by PacificMas Group (excluding the insurance subsidiary) for the current financial year, i.e. from 1 January 2009 to 13 August 2009, amounted to RM1,251,087.
