| Further to the announcements dated 4 November 2008 and 15 December 2008 on the preliminary negotiations with the interested bidders on the proposed disposal of the entire issued and paid-up capital of The Pacific Insurance Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PacificMas, the Company wishes to inform that is has decided to cease all negotiations with the following parties :- |
